Federal and state emissions regulations—including those enforced by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and similar agencies—prohibit the installation or use of aftermarket parts that modify, bypass, or defeat emissions control systems on 1966 and newer pollution-controlled motor vehicles, unless the product has been granted a CARB Executive Order (EO) exemption.
Some products offered by Power Adder Solutions may not be CARB approved and therefore may not be legal for installation or use on emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public roadways.

All products sold by Power Adder Solutions are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty, when applicable. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by manufacturer and product.
If you experience a problem with a product purchased from us, please contact Power Adder Solutions Customer Support. We will gladly assist in reviewing the issue and, when applicable, help initiate or facilitate the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Please note that all warranty claims are subject to the policies, procedures, inspection, and approval of the original manufacturer.
Some manufacturers require the purchaser to contact them directly for warranty service and may require proof of purchase, including a sales receipt or invoice. In such cases, the customer is responsible for following the manufacturer’s warranty claim process and providing any documentation requested.
Power Adder Solutions does not provide any separate warranty beyond that offered by the original manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.

All risks associated with installation and use are assumed by the customer.
