Orders placed with Power Adder Solutions before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the same business day.
Many products we sell are drop-shipped directly from manufacturers or warehouse distribution centers, while other items ship directly from our facility.
Some products may also be custom manufactured or built to order, which may require additional production time.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you by phone or email with an updated shipping timeline and provide the option to continue with the order or cancel for a full refund.

Some items exceed standard carrier size limits and must be shipped via LTL Freight (truck delivery).
Freight shipments typically require:
· 7–10 business days for delivery after shipment
· A delivery appointment scheduled by the freight carrier
· An adult (18 years or older) present to receive the shipment
Freight deliveries are curbside only.
Drivers are not required to provide inside delivery. In some cases assistance may be required to unload the shipment if lift-gate service is not requested.
Customers may also choose freight terminal pickup if access or unloading may be an issue.
Before signing for your delivery, inspect the packaging carefully.
If you notice significant damage to the packaging, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

If the packaging damage appears minor, accept the shipment but write on the delivery receipt:
“Subject to Concealed Damage.”
After receiving your order, inspect the item immediately for hidden damage.
If concealed damage is discovered:
• Contact the shipping carrier within 48 hours
• Retain all original packaging materials
• Keep your delivery receipt
• Take photos of the damage if possible
After contacting the carrier, please notify Power Adder Solutions Customer Support so we can assist with the claim and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Power Adder Solutions accepts orders from Canada for many products.
Canadian orders:
· Are not eligible for Free Shipping
· May require additional shipping fees
· Are subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
These charges are determined by Canadian customs and the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
