Warranty Policy

All products sold by Power Adder Solutions are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty, when applicable. Warranty coverage and duration vary by manufacturer.

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from us, please contact Power Adder Solutions Customer Support. Our team will gladly assist you in initiating and facilitating the manufacturer's warranty process.

Please note that warranty claims are subject to the policies and approval of the original manufacturer.


Return Policy

The majority of products sold by Power Adder Solutions are eligible for return, provided they are returned in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and components.

Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns received without an RA# may be refused and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


Canadian Returns

Orders shipped to Canada may be eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions outlined above.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Duties and taxes paid on the original order must be requested directly through the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Customers may apply for a refund of duties and taxes using the CBSA B2G form.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturer defect

  • Incorrect item shipped by Power Adder Solutions


Return Procedure

Once your return request has been approved, our Customer Care Specialists will issue an RA# and provide detailed return instructions.

Return instructions include:

  1. Clearly mark the RA# on the return package.

  2. Ship the item to the return address provided in the email instructions.

Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Power Adder Solutions error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your convenience, Power Adder Solutions offers discounted return shipping labels. If you choose to use this option, the shipping label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Once the return has been processed, Power Adder Solutions will send a confirmation email. Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.


Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, Power Adder Solutions will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return and receive your RA# and return instructions.


Restocking Fees

Certain products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Eligible items returned in new and unused condition, including all original packaging and components, will be refunded minus the applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.


Non-Returnable Products

Some products are not eligible for return. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom ordered items

  • Custom painted or modified parts

  • Special order products

If a non-returnable item is received with a manufacturer defect or shipped in error by Power Adder Solutions, it may be returned for replacement or store credit.


Holiday Return Policy

For orders placed between Black Friday (the Friday following Thanksgiving) and December 24th, Power Adder Solutions extends the return period from 30 days to 60 days.

All other return policies and conditions remain in effect.


Important Disclosures

Authorized items must be returned in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and components.

Items that do not meet these requirements may fail inspection and will not be eligible for refund.

Power Adder Solutions may occasionally issue refunds prior to receiving returned merchandise. We reserve the right to reverse or rescind refunds if returned items fail inspection.

Power Adder Solutions is not responsible for any damages incurred during installation or use of products, and labor charges or installation costs are not reimbursable under any circumstances.

If the part numbers do not match, Power Adder Solutions may have shipped an incorrect item. We will arrange for return shipping and send the correct product if available.

If the part numbers match, the incorrect item may have been ordered. In this case, our team will assist with the return and exchange process.
