
When used with an F3 chip module, this device provides everything needed to recalibrate Ford ECUs for pre-2005 applications. The Jaybird connects via a mini-USB port on one side and interfaces directly with F3 modules on the other.
It replaces the need for a separate chip burner and J3 port adapter, as it functions as a chip burner with a native J3 interface built in.
Please note that this device cannot read stock ECUs. In most cases, the required binary file can be obtained from online sources. If reading stock ECUs is required, the BURN2 combined with the F2A and F2E is recommended instead.
