Unlike traditional clamp-on throttle bodies, the V-band inlet provides a cleaner installation, improved sealing, and simplified serviceability, making it an excellent choice for custom intake systems and forced induction applications.

Every 90mm throttle body is measured at the throttle blade and requires 4-inch intake tubing.

Although not shown in some product images, all 90mm V-Band throttle bodies include provisions for the factory Idle Air Control (IAC) motor.

Optional Accessories

For custom EFI applications, the optional Accufab TPSGM Adapter allows the use of a late-model GM Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) in place of the factory Ford sensor.

Important Installation Notes

• Requires a 4-inch V-band clamp (sold separately).
• Requires compatible 4-inch intake tubing and weld ferrule (sold separately).
• Idle speed should be adjusted by properly calibrating the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
• Do not adjust the factory-set throttle stop screws, as they are preset by Accufab to ensure proper throttle blade alignment and idle quality.
